BW+ liquid feeding with central mix station

A central mixing station is constantly preparing different mixtures and pumps them off site for storage.

Those mixtures are used by various liquid feeding systems that transport the feed to the pigs.

Whey is stored in multiple earth tanks, this allows cost efficient storage of great amounts and at the same time single tanks can be emptied and maintained.

Planning phase

 The new system had to be integrated into existing buildings. 3D planning the facility allowed optimal usage of the available space.

Installation and start-up

Installation and training the customers work force with the new feeding system.
